热处理是淬火钢丝拉拔的核心所在。华立公司使用的热处理炉采用目前国内最先进控温技术,在燃气质量稳定时可将温差控制在≤2℃,这正是一流的热处理工艺得以实施的前提所在,也是淬火钢丝品质的保证。成熟的在线磷化技术极大地提高了生产效率,日吞吐量可达60吨以上。

When the quality of gas is stable the gas temperature can be controlled at less than 2℃. It is the premise that first-class heat treatment process can be implemented, as well as the quality assurance of quenched steel wire. Mature online phosphating technology greatl improves the efficiency of production. Daily throughput is up to 60 tons.
